SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. 
To use the services and place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including email address, delivery address, and payment details). 
The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and account, as well as for all activities that occur under their account. You may not transfer or sell your account to any third party.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND DISPLAY OF FASHION ITEMS
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and appearance of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from how it appears on your screen due to device settings, resolution, and display specifications.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantities of any products offered at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Submitting an order through the DiMeli Boutique online store constitutes your binding offer to purchase the selected items. The purchase contract between TEOMIA GROUP d.o.o. and the customer is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation email ("Order Confirmation").
Please review all entered details carefully before submitting your order. The customer represents and warrants that all purchased products are intended solely for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
All prices in the online store are stated in Euros (€) and include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are calculated and displayed separately prior to order completion.
The price charged for a product is the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases made. We offer secure payment processing via supported payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, etc.).

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is handled by our contracted courier services to the address specified during the checkout process. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. TEOMIA GROUP d.o.o. is not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier services or force majeure events. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the customer (or a third party designated by the customer) takes physical possession of the items.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Detailed terms, return procedures, and exceptions are set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy. Return requests must be sent to our email address: reklamacije@dimeli-boutique.com. SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the dimeli-boutique.com website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, photographs, slogans (including the slogan "Designed to Stand Out"), and software code, is the property of TEOMIA GROUP d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of this content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your purchase is made directly with TEOMIA GROUP d.o.o. Shopify is not a party to the sales agreement and bears no liability for any claims relating to the purchased goods or the performance of services.

SECTION 10 – USER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, publish, and adapt such content for promotional and commercial purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of third parties.

You are strictly prohibited from using the website for any unlawful purposes, transmitting malicious code or viruses, collecting the personal data of other users, conducting unauthorized web scraping or automated data extraction, or attempting to circumvent the security features of the online store.

TEOMIA GROUP d.o.o. strives to maintain uninterrupted operation of the online store; however, we do not warrant that the use of our service will be entirely uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the online store.

SECTION 13 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions and all purchase contracts concluded through the online store shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
In accordance with statutory regulations, TEOMIA GROUP d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate under the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS).
The parties will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably; otherwise, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.
